The time to influence the new Zoning By-law is now. This monumental document will shape our city for the next two decades, and the crucial Joint Committee Hearing is scheduled for December 17, 2025.
Your advocacy is most effective when it is concise, accurate, and powerful. You will only have five minutes to present your community’s concerns on your critical zoning issues.

”Five Minutes for Twenty Years: A Zoning Delegation Dress Rehearsal”

Time: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Location: Champlain Room, Ottawa City Hall
Purpose: This is your only chance to practice your 5-minute delegation, receiving constructive, on-the-spot feedback from your peers and City Councillors. We will help sharpen your arguments to ensure they resonate and better lead to clear action.
