Saturday May 31 – Land permission workshop – a once in 25 year special event

I am cordially inviting all community associations, your Boards and members to attend the River Ward Workshop – Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw.

Come and learn how River Ward will be impacted by the proposed Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw, currently under review.

A private consultant has been hired to provide the workshop and all I ask is that you RSVP to secure your seat and allow me to better prepare for this event.

Ottawa is set to grow by 400,000 people in 30 years. How will zoning be amended to accommodate this infill development? How will your neighbourhood be impacted?
