Public Consultation on Canoe Bay Infrastructure

The City Planning Department is hosting an Open House on January 8, 2020 on the Canoe Bay Plan of Condominium Application at 3071 Riverside Dr. The purpose of the meeting is answer questions about the Common Elements Plan of Condominium application at 3071 Riverside Drive. In plain language, this relates to the internal road network as well as a below-grade catch basin under the surface parking lot.

When: Wednesday, January 8, 2020, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Where: Riverside Churches, 3191 Riverside Drive, Room 5.

This is a statutory meeting that is procedural and legal in nature, and is designed to deal with the ownership of the land, as opposed to permitting any new rights to develop. There are no changes to the approved development proposal.
